All Diagnostic Solutions Limited (ADS) is a New Zealand-based company, founded in 2018 following the acquisition of Zero Emissions Limited TEXA assets (T/A Auto Smart Tools).
The original venture, started by Ash, Ross, and Hugo began marketing TEXA Truck diagnostic tools in 2010. By 2016, the business had grown to support approximately 60 clients, just before Igor Pall joined the team and integrated TEXA assets under ADS Ltd.
Under Igor Pall's leadership, ADS Ltd. has experienced significant growth, expanding TEXA's presence across New Zealand. Today, we proudly serve over 270 clients through our products and training programs. Initially, we focused on the trucking industry, but we have since broadened our services to encompass the automotive, motorcycle, agriculture, and construction sectors. Also the marine segment is seeing steady growth as marine engine systems become increasingly sophisticated.
In the motorcycle sector, TEXA is the official dealer tool for prominent brands such as Ducati, MV Agusta, Beta Motors and more than 10 others, establishing us as the premier choice for both dealers and high-end aftermarket workshops nationwide.
TEXA focus on car diagnostics has been particularly rewarding. TEXA’s Supercar software enables mechanics to service a wide range of supercar brands, including Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Maserati. In 2019, we made history as the first aftermarket diagnostic company legally authorized to unlock the security gateways of FCA (Stellantis Group), attracting numerous high-profile clients seeking solutions for vehicles equipped with Security Gateway Modules (SGW).
In the field of air conditioning diagnostics, TEXA produces an official VAS machine for the Volkswagen Group and offers premium tools for reconditioning A/C systems across cars, trucks, and buses. All diagnostic solutions Limited is provider of this first class A/C servicing machines to OEM and aftermarket premium shops around NZ .
The advent of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is transforming the automotive landscape, and TEXA is leading the charge with a comprehensive suite of solutions, from compact, mobile units to the top-tier RCCS 3 Evo recalibration platform.We also only company in this market to offer ADAS recalibration platforms for Truck and Bike segment.

TEXA’s extensive ADAS coverage, along with the use of OE-equivalent protocols and standards, underscores our leadership in the industry. All Diagnostic Solutions works directly with TEXA's factory R&D ADAS teams to ensure diagnostic coverage for locally available brands and models.

TEXA’s ADAS coverage and use of OE equivalent protocols and standards is the key to our success and recognition within this highly technical field.
In the Motorcycle market, TEXA is the official dealer of tools for Ducati, MV Agusta, Beta Motors and few other brands, and is a logical choice for dealers as well as premium aftermarket workshops around the country.
A large part of the last few years’ work has involved Car diagnostic tooling, with TEXA’s Supercar software enabling clients to work on a whole range of supercar brands such as Ferrari, Lamborghini and Maserati.
Being the first aftermarket diagnostic company legally able to unlock the security gateways of FCA (Stellantis Group) as of 2019, we attract many important clients that needed this solution to secure work on the latest cars with Secure Gateway Modules (SGW).
It is worth mentioning that in the Air Conditioning segment, TEXA produces an official VAS machine for the Volkswagen group. We offer premium tooling if looking for reconditioning A/C systems on Cars, Trucks or Buses.

Igor Pall was born in Croatia into a family deeply rooted in the automotive industry. He entered the field in the mid-1990s, training as a Bosch technician and managing his family’s Bosch Car Service, where he gained invaluable experience in emission testing, vehicle compliance, and diagnostics of modern electronic systems.
A pioneer in leveraging TEXA diagnostic tools since 1999, Igor later became TEXA's partner in New Zealand, acquiring related business assets from Zero Emissions Limited in 2018. As a certified TEXA factory trainer and instructor for TEXA EDU ADAS and engine emissions aftertreatment systems, Igor is passionate about advancing new automotive technologies. With over 60,000 successful repairs in his portfolio, his dedication to enhancing the automotive diagnostic process is unparalleled.
He has used the TEXA diagnostic tool since 1999 as one of TEXA’s first clients, coincidentally becoming the TEXA partner in New Zealand and distributor for this market 20 years later purchasing TEXA’s related business assets from Zero Emissions Limited in 2018.
Igor Pall is a TEXA factory trainer, and a TEXA EDU ADAS and Engine emissions aftertreatment systems certified trainer. He is passionate about new advanced and digital technologies in automotive applications and automotive onboards networks, with over 50,000 repairs in his work portfolio. In free time he enjoys sharing good food with friends and outdoor activity.
